It's fun and you can go a little beyond the limit because it moves with the elements of breakdance along with the music. Is it a little? ..
In Japan, the master trainer JESS plays a central role in training trainers. Trainers are promoting BREAKTICS in various places, and I was in charge of the photo of one of those trainers, cotori.
This blog is written with the image of Alafor Papa who is the same as myself, but while feeling the unmatched part of this content, there are many men and of course participating, so I will participate with my wife. How is it because you can do things? Some of the trainers are of the same generation, so I might meet them if I attend the event.
I am grateful for the opportunity to cooperate with Mr. cotori, who has just started working as a trainer. It is thanks to Mr. cotori that I was able to meet the culture of BREAKLETICS.

この度BREAKLETICSのトレーナーcotoriさんのプロフィール写真を担当させて頂いたスタイルブログ戯のカメラマンです。ちなみに編集長と同一人物でございます。
BREAKLETICSとは？
ドイツ発祥のブレイクダンスの要素を取り入れたフィットネスプログラム。
adidasがスポンサーについているのもドイツ発祥というバックグラウンドともリンクしていると思うのは私の想像です。
音楽と合わせてブレイクダンスの要素を取り入れた動きをするので楽しく限界のちょっと先にいけます。ちょっとかな。。
日本ではマスタートレーナーのJESSが中心となりトレーナーの育成に力を入れている。各地でトレーナーがBREAKTICSの普及活動を行なっている訳だが、そんなトレーナーの一人cotoriさんの写真を担当させて頂きました。
当ブログは自分と同じアラフォーパパをイメージして記事を書いているのですが、今回の内容はアンマッチな部分を感じつつ、男性ももちろん参加されている方も多いですし奥さんと一緒に参加する事もできるので如何でしょうか？トレーナーには同世代には憧れのあの人もいるのでイベントに参加すると会えるかもしれないですよ。
トレーナーとしての活動を始めたばかりのcotoriさんに協力できる機会を頂けて感謝。BREAKLETICSという文化と出会えたのもcotoriさんのおかげですしね。
