Summer is coming right there and we want summer clothes.

We will introduce product that double name favorite outdoor brand and favorite traditional brand. It’s just a neo-trad polo shirts.

It’s a nothing more than fantasize of me.

Based Eddie Bauer’s tricolor 90’s polo shirts.

I love the color tricolor and red around inner neck.

And I wore the shirts but not fit me. Why not?

I thought and though about it so I understood. Because of can’t see lovely red...

So I was looking for the color’s pique polo shirts. And I saw the brooks brothers polo.

And then the double named polo was made. It’s a brand new style clothing have 90’s detail and on time mood.

And I made another one.

Necklace comes from vintage bandana I bought for remake.

I wore it with wakami accessories. That’s good.

I gonna take picture on the street. People.

I want to do next month.

緊急事態宣言解除。

夏到来…

にはまだ気が早いですが夏物が気になる気温になってきました。

今回の古着改造は

某有名アウトドアブランドと、某有名アメトラブランドが夢のコラボ。
ネオトラッドに仕上がったポロシャツです。
笑

元々90’s感たっぷりの3色使いのポロシャツ。
襟元の赤含め4色使いに一目惚れをして購入。
颯爽と袖を通してみると何かピンとこない。
何でだろう？
サイズ感？
色々と試行錯誤した結果、惚れ込んだ襟元の赤が全然見えないって事だと判明…。
勢いで購入するのは危険ですね。

そこに丁度良い色のカノコポロを探して出会ったのがブルックスのポロシャツ。
こうして夢のコラボが誕生しました。サイズや生地、色など今回特に組み合わせが絶妙。90’s感を損なう事なく新しい要素もある温故知新スタイルです。

これからの季節はショーツに合わせたコーデも良き。

今回はもう一点改造。
ヴィンテージのバンダナを使用したネックレス。
リメイク用にボロのバンダナを買っていたので試作のつもりで作成したのが結構良く出来ました。wakamiのネックレスと重ね着けが調子良いです。

そろそろスナップを再開したいですね。来月行けるかな。

Baker Pants

Hello there.

I’ll talk about Fatigue pants for US ARMY in this case.

I usually recreate clothing too complicated by many material however simple repairing is important.

Fatigue pants is used for working not fighting in spite of for military. And people call the pants “Baker pants” because baker wore for working the patch pocket work pants many times at the old time.

“Hey, Look. It looks like baker don’t it?”

Many brands sampling the baker pants now and they will do the future ahead.

My favorite is needles “Hizaderu pants” that is very very thick design and good styling.

The repaired pants is to early 70’s from late 60’s.

Tapered silhouette and short hem. I wore loose waist better. It’s my style.

The status was well used so it’s a rugged. I want to keep the mood so I repaired by darning. Darning is used for repairing knit and sox. If you like the mood, let’s try it at STAY HOME.

今回のお題はUSミリタリーのファティーグパンツ。

普段の古着改造は柄on柄であったり元々シンプルな服もコテコテにすることが多いのですが、リペアという選択肢も良いよね。というのが今回の話です。

ファティーグパンツはミリタリーですが実際には戦闘ではなく軍の作業用として着用されていた通称ベイカーパンツ。由来としては後付けでポケットが付くディティールのワークパンツをパン屋さんが仕事着にしていたことから来ているという噂。

あの作業用のパンツ、パン屋みたいじゃね？って事ですかね。

このベイカーパンツは今でも多くのブランドにサンプリングされ、今後もデザインされ続ける物だと思います。ニードルスのヒザデルパンツなんて最高ですよね。作りも着こなしも素敵。

自分が所有しているパンツの年代は60年代後期〜70年代初頭。

股上が深くて若干テーパードしているシルエット。丈は踝くらい。

これを適度に落として履くのが調子良いです。

状態としては購入時既に使いこまれていて色抜けや起毛感有り。今回リペアした部分は摩耗で穴が開いてしまうほどの状態。多分女性にモテない奴…。このイナたさを残したいので刺し子のようなダーニングでのリペアを選びました。糸もなるべく元の色に近い物で。

イナたさ良き感じで着れる様になったらコーディネートを上げよう。

このダーニングと言うのはニットや靴下に穴が開いた場合の修理にも使えるのでこの雰囲気がお好きな方はおうち時間に是非チャレンジしてみても良いと思います！

STATE PRISON Chambray Shirts

Prisoner’s product in this case.

I searched this shirts. It’s not for prisoner, it’s just a souvenir was sold store near prison by souvenir actually. But the story is not absolutely so I believe prisoner’s shirts because romantic.

50’s and with gusset. It’s nice vintage mood by these details.

Especially unique detail is length. Back side is longer than front side. The balance is not good... But I think interesting point.

I bought it ten years ago. And I was very careful when wore the shirts. Still it was boro so I decided to remake it.

I repaired many point and size up that I used white color cloth. White and blue gradation(repaired with deep blue) color match short pants and to summer season.

Lastly point of styling in this case used orange because prison color and sunny color.

I pray to play wearing the shirts with my friends.

今回の古着改造のネタは囚人服。

正確には調べたところ収容所の近くのお店で売っていたスーベニア（おみやげ）との説も。正確には断定出来ないですしロマンがあるので囚人服として解釈してます。

年代は50’s、マチ付きでステッチも細かい、ヴィンテージのシャンブレーシャツの雰囲気十分です。身頃の作りがユニークで前が長くて後ろが短い。バランスは…悪いです笑。それがまた味なんですけどね。

10年以上前に購入して大事に着ていたんですが、元々のダメージもあってかなりやれていました。なので、今回思い切ってハサミを入れてリメイクをすることに。

各所補修も対応。マチやプリントは絶対に残したかったのでそれを避けるように生地を足しました。今回はちょっとチャレンジングであまり使わない白のコール素材を使用。

これから夏に向けてショーツに合わせるには良い色合いに。ポイントとして補修に濃色のシャンブレーを使った濃紺も効いてます。

今回のコーデは囚人という事で刺し色にオレンジを入れてみました。天気の良い日はオレンジとやれたシャンブレーが合いますね。
早くこれを着て騒げる日が来ることを願って今日も部屋でミシンと向き合います。

Mask Countermeasure COVID-19

I made two remake mask.

In my opinion, I don't want to wear mask if it is countermeasure to allergy and influenza.

But now we have to wear mask in public space. 

I don’t like mask because l was interrupted fashion by mask. So I try to make original one, it’s a minority.

First one, I used two material that are same bicolor hat I made last month.

Second one, trad style so I used J.Crew’s school taste cloth.

Both are not ear band adjustable leather band.

There mask is just match my style because I think how to wear mask and clothing. On the other hand for limited style. Next l’ll make another mask easy to match various style.

Military and Denim

こんなご時世なので遂にマスクを作成しました。

個人的に花粉症だろうが、インフルエンザだろうがマスクしたくなかったんですが、そういう訳にもいかないので。。

トレードマークの髭が隠れちゃうのもあるんですが、マスクがファッションの邪魔をするんですよね。そこで、いっそのこと１点ずつ濃い物を作って量産型と違った１点物の良さを追及したマスクを作成。シャア専用みたいなイメージですね。宇宙で真っ赤な奴とか金ピカの奴は目立つんですよ。

一つは雪の日に撮影したデニムとカーキ色のツイルを組み合わせたミリタリーバケットハットと全く同じ素材で。

もう一つはトラッドな雰囲気にしたかったのでJ.Crewのバイカラーの生地を使用。

耳に掛ける部分はゴムでは無く革紐を使用。ビーズで固定して長さを調整出来ます。

マスクのテイストを明確に作っているのでコーディネートまで一貫して思いつくのですが、汎用性に欠けるのが課題…。量産型の良さも痛感。

次は何も考えずに付けられるモノを作ろうと思います。

自分の作るマスクは人様に渡せる様な代物じゃないんですけど、もしご要望がありましたら作成しようと思いますので、ご連絡下さい！
