Here is a prototype of the Grandpa shirt that was created by combining the shirts of L.L.BEAN and POLO Ralph Lauren last time. Actually, this one was made first, and the base itself is just a Grandpa shirt.

It's my view that I've been wearing this Grandpa shirt for a few years why it's not very popular, but it's because the grayish checks in Europe are heavy. I think it is. The color is more subdued than the American Nercheck, but I think it tends to be a little plain and heavy. As a result, it is analyzed that even layered, which makes the best use of its long length, may be a little difficult to use and difficult to reach.

Therefore, by changing the hem part to a block check this time and adding blue to the base green, the contrast is created in the chest pocket and the switching part. Grayish = weak contrast.

The block check used this time is KATO'AAA fabric. The shape of the chest pocket, the way the wrinkles are created from the stitches, and the buttons are also cat's eye buttons, and the details that are full of fine details are used as they are. I haven't forgotten the respect for the original.

It follows the width of the Grandpa shirt, which is the base, but it is relatively slender, so the point is that you can wear the clothes on top without being bulky even with tight eyes.

I think that cold days will continue at night at the beginning of spring, so I would like you to play an active part as a block check point that you can see from the inner of the hoodie and the hem of the jacket.

急にスプリングハズカム。関東では厚手のアウターをしまって、ライトアウターの短い活躍期間を逃さずに着倒したい気温になってきました。

春の明るい色の服があまり得意ではないスタイルブログ戯の編集長です。

今年はペールトーンの春物にも是非挑戦をしようと思いますが、今回は冬にも活躍し、これからの季節にもレイヤードで使えるグランパシャツの古着改造です。

前回L.L.BEANとPOLO Ralph Laurenのシャツを合わせて作成したグランパシャツのプロトタイプがこちら。実はこっちが先に作られていて、ベース自体もまさにグランパシャツです。

このグランパシャツがイマイチ人気がない理由を数年着てきた私の見解ですが、ヨーロッパのグレーがかったチェックが重いから。だと思ってます。アメリカのネルチェックと比べて落ち着いた色味なのですが、ちょっと地味になり重くなりがちなのではないかと。結果長い丈を活かしたレイヤードでもちょっと使いにくくて手を出しにくいのではないかと分析。

そこで今回す裾の部分をブロックチェックに変えて色味もベースのグリーンと少し外してブルーを入れることで胸ポケや切替部分にコントラストが生まれています。グレーがかる＝コントラスト弱ですからね。

今回使ったブロックチェックはKATO' AAAの生地。胸ポケの形、ステッチから生まれるシワの入り方とかボタンもキャッツアイボタンで細かい拘りの詰まったディティールをそのまま使っています。オリジナルへの敬意は忘れていません。

ベースとなっているグランパシャツの身幅を踏襲していますが、割と細身なので上に着る服がタイト目でもかさばらずに着れるのもポイントが高いです。

春の初めは夜は寒い日が続くと思うのでパーカーのインナーやジャケットの裾から見えるブロックチェックのワンポイントとして活躍してもらいます。

さてそろそろ掲載するネタが無くなってきているし、蔓延防止措置の完了も間近に迫っているのでスナップなど新しい風のインプットをしにしに行きたいと思います。
