Probably the NIKE DUNK HIGH coloring that came with Michigan was the reprint model of the stage model sold in 1998, all of Michigan.
Original material is a general term for the yellow bee color scheme of the prestigious University of Michigan in the United States.
There are University of Michigan and Cliver American football, but Fab Five is the most invalid story with NBA star Chris Webber in the room.

This coloring is simply good, isn't it?
It is one of my favorite color schemes with American color matching.
This time the body is a CHAMPS SPORTS sweatshirt. CHAMPS SPORTS is a global sneaker community company with 3,000 stores in 28 countries, including FOOT LOCKER, which is headquartered in New York.
It's the world version of a sports clothing store in Japan. (Although the scale is extraordinary ...)

Since the fabric is solid, I remodeled it to a half sleeve this time, but the heat retention is excellent.
As it has a lot of volume, it is recommended to coordinate with a large outerwear.
Similar to the NAVY sweatshirt introduced earlier in this blog, this series has cut sleeves and pockets. I was worried about the ribs on the hem, so I made a slit on the side and added the fabric to make it an A-line.
The traditional silhouette has been lost, but the Michigan embroidery adds a sense of tradition.

To the last, I got this when it was a traditional item, so I tried to pin a cheap tic to the image and color of the accessory.
I think I will introduce the contents of the book in another article, but when I am a trad, I want to have a book.

春物が待ち遠しい昨今、久々にセレクトショップを見て回ったのですが例年と比較して春物の展開が少ないのか遅れているのかまだまだセール品や冬物が店頭の目立つところに陳列されているように感じました。

NEOLDで春を先駆けて展開して参ります。

今回はハーフスリーブのスウェットのご紹介。

ミシガンと聞いてイメージするのは恐らく2020年に販売されたNIKE DUNK HIGHのカラーリングでも話題になった98年販売の復刻モデル、ミシガンでは無いでしょうか。

元ネタはアメリカの名門大学ミシガン大学のイエローxネイビーの配色の総称です。

ミシガン大と言えばアメフトが有名ですが、自分にとってはNBAのスタークリス・ウェバーを含むファブ・ファイブが一番ピンとくるエピソードですね。

単純にこのカラーリング良いですよね。

アメリカらしい色合わせで個人的に凄く好きな配色の一つです。

今回ボディーはCHAMPS SPORTSのスウェットです。CHAMPS SPORTSはニューヨークに本社を構えるFOOT LOCKERをはじめ28カ国3,000の店舗に取扱のある世界的スニーカーコミュニティーカンパニーです。

日本で言うところのスポーツ洋品店の世界バージョンですね。（規模が桁外れですが。。）

生地がしっかりしているので今回ハーフスリーブに改造しましたが、保温性は抜群です。

ボリュームがあるので大きめのアウターとのコーデがおすすめです。

以前このブログで紹介したNAVYのスウェットと同じく袖をカットしてポケットにしたシリーズ。裾のリブが気になったのでサイドにスリットを入れて生地を足してAラインに。

従来のシルエットは失われていますが、MICHIGANの刺繍が十分トラッド感をプラスしてくれます。

あくまでストリートではなくトラッドなアイテムのビッグサイズとして捉えているので、そのイメージと色合わせに今回小物にチープシックを持ってみました。

本の内容はまた別の記事でご紹介しようと思いますが、トラッドな合わせの時なんとなく本を持ちたがります。私だけでしょうか。

次回は撮影に使用した小物チープシックとモモについて書こうと思います。

NEOLD Denim Jacket based BIG JOHN

We have created a light outerwear that you can wear in early spring and now hide under your coat.
Isn't it the one you want now?

A hybrid of work and military that is based on BIG JOHN's G Jean and combined with MA-1.
I bought this G Jean because it was excellent in size and discoloration, but I felt unsatisfactory in the silhouette that fits perfectly, so I modified it this time.

BIG JOHN

A long-established jeans manufacturer that represents Japan in 1940.
After the war around 1950, when American jeans released by the US military were on the market at Ueno Ameyoko, the founder who was making work clothes seemed to be surprised at the toughness of American denim for the first time.

In 1957, the ban on clothing imports was lifted in Japan, and the following year, sales of jeans made in the United States began. Old clothes sold well, but new ones were glued and uncomfortable to wear, and they didn't sell well because they didn't fit the Japanese body shape, which was the reason for making jeans made in Japan.
The impact I felt when I imported the denim fabric of Cone Mills Corporation in the United States at that time became the current corporate philosophy, and the spirit of Quality Comes First (quality is prioritized over everything) is connected to the current product making.
The brand that made denim independently for the first time in Japan had such a background.

I learned at the stage of writing an article after remodeling that BIG JOHN used for the base this time had such a background. To be honest, Levi's, Lee came first, then I liked Wrangler's American brand, and EDWIN, BIG JOHN had a bad image, but the discoloration of this G Jean was so good that I bought it and it was the correct answer. Also, it was a really good encounter because I was able to know about the brand by remodeling.

The background story has become long, but I tried to match Eurowork pants and Eurohospital shirt with the outfit of this jacket. I was at a loss at my feet, but I made it casual with VANS OLD SCHOOL. G Jean who plays an active part as a jacket in spring and as an inner coat in this cold season. It's spring, so I want to match it with white pants, and chinos are fine.

We are currently creating a tag with the name of the vintage reconstruction brand that will be developed in the future.
Re-spotlight the clothes you no longer wear in search of potential needs somewhere. There is a word for decluttering, but it is the exact opposite and connects without decluttering. Pick it up without throwing it away. Keep wearing without leaving.

春物が目に止まるようになってきましたねー。

寒いけどもう真冬の服は着たく無い。寒い日もまだまだあるけど…

春先に着れて今はコートの下に忍ばせるライトアウターを今回作成致しました。

今欲しいやつじゃないでしょうか？

BIG JOHNのGジャンをベースにMA-1と合体したワークとミリタリーのハイブリットなやつ。

このGジャン、サイズと色落ちが抜群だったので購入したのですが、ジャストフィットなシルエットに物足りなさを感じて今回手を加えました。

BIG JOHN

創業1940年の日本を代表する老舗ジーンズメーカー。

1950年頃の戦後、上野アメ横では米軍放出品のアメリカ製のジーンズが出回っていた時代、作業服を作成していた創業者は初めてアメリカ製のデニムを見てそのタフさに驚いたようです。

1957年に日本では衣料品の輸入が解禁となり翌年にはアメリカ製のジーンズの販売を開始。古着は好調に売れたが新品は糊がついていて履き心地は悪いし日本人の体型には合わないと言うことで中々売れなかったことが日本製のジーンズを作るきっかけに。

当時アメリカのコーンミルズ社のデニム生地を輸入した時に感じた衝撃が今の会社理念にもなりQuality Comes First (品質は全てに優先する)の精神が今の製品作りに繋がっている。

日本で初めてデニムを独自製造したブランドにはこんなバックグラウンドがありました。

今回ベースに使用したBIG JOHNにこんな背景があったことは改造後に記事を書く段階で知りました。正直Levi's,Leeが先に来て次にWranglarのアメリカブランドが好きでEDWIN,BIG JOHNはダサいイメージを持っていたのですが、このGジャンの色落ちがめちゃくちゃ良かったので買って正解でした。また改造したことでブランドの事も知ることができたので本当に良い出会いでした。

バックグラウンドの話が長くなりましたが、今回のジャケットのコーデにはユーロワークパンツとユーロホスピタルシャツを合わせてみました。足元は迷ったんですがVANSのOLD SCHOOLでカジュアルに。春にはジャケットとして、寒いこの時期にはコートのインナーとして活躍するGジャン。春なので白いパンツとかにも合わせたいしチノパンでもいいですね。

今回のコーデに記載したNEOLD。

こちら今後展開するvintage reconstruction ブランドの名前で現在タグを作成中です。

何処かにあるかもしれないニーズを探しに、着なくなった服に再度スポットライトを当てる。断捨離なんて言葉がありますが、真逆で断ち切らずに繋ぐ。捨てずに拾う。離れず着続ける。

GORE-TEX in CLARKS walabee

A hybrid kicks in which the nautica shoelace displayed in the FREAKS STORE window is passed through the clarks wallabee.

As a result of searching for gore-tex shoes for a long time, from outdoor items to NIKE's AIR FORCE 1, I finally bought this wallabee that suits my style.
The photo was taken when I was looking at the window and holding my finger before purchasing. Does it convey your respect? At this time, I thought it was a double name of nautica and clarks, but I decided to buy it because I knew it was a retrofit.

The volume is close to that of adidas SUPER STAR and I personally think it's a versatile type.
While wearing various volumes of sneakers, this volume fits shorts, you can roll it up, you can wear thick pants with cushions, and if you oversleep in the morning, you can wear this for the time being. Right.

I don't know the compatibility because I don't wear skinny...
I have purchased other sneakers this time, so I plan to upload them together with the bottoms outfit.

FREAKS STOREのウィンドウにディスプレイされたnauticaのシューレースをclarksのワラビーに通したハイブリッドなkicks。

ずっとgore-texの靴を探してアウトドア物からNIKEのAIR FORCE1など色々探した結果、自分のスタイルに合っているのがこのワラビーだなという着地で遂に購入しました。

写真は購入前にウィンドウを見て指をくわえてた頃に撮影。尊敬の念が伝わりますでしょうか？この時はnauticaとclarksのダブルネームだとてっきり思ってましたが、後付けであることを知って購入を決意しました。

ボリュームはadidasのSUPER STARのに近くて個人的には万能型だと思います。

色んなボリュームのスニーカーを履く中でこれぐらいのボリュームはショーツにも合うし、ロールアップしてもよし、太めのパンツをクッションありで履いてもよし、朝寝坊したらとりあえずこれを履いておけば間違い無いですね。

唯一スキニーは自分が履かないので相性はちょっと分かりません。。

今回他にもスニーカーを購入しているので、ボトムスのコーデと合わせてアップ予定です。

Roomy Richard CPO Shirts

Roomy Richard's 50's CPO shirt, a slightly minor work brand purchased over 15 years ago, is the subject of this issue.
Roomy Richrad is an American work brand that you sometimes see in old clothes such as flannel shirts and CPO shirts. At that time, I bought it because I liked the atmosphere without knowing anything, and it was my first encounter with Vintage when I later learned that it was Vintage.

What is a CPO shirt?
Chief Petty Officer shirts It is derived from the military items worn by US Navy officers, and nowadays anyone can use CPO shirts, but I think it was a word that only people who like clothes can understand. I personally like this item for a long time.
Although it is a shirt, it can also be used as a jacket, so I think it can be used from AW to March. Since the fabric we matched this time is denim, the design is easier to match even in early spring compared to all wool.

I touched on this remake for a moment, but this time I used denim fabric to increase the size of my width. I wanted to wear a mix of melton fabric and denim that has a good taste in Oita. As a point, I want to keep the details of Vintage and add fabric on the back so that I can leave the gusset at the hem. I changed to no color because I ran out of fabric for the collar.
I changed to a chin strap specification if I wanted to add a collar anyway, and applied an old GAP check pattern to the back of the collar. The mixed feeling of changing the size to the current silhouette while leaving a manly work taste as a whole is attractive.

At the beginning of the year when I put up with taking the snaps that I resumed, I'd like to inject new inspiration, but last year I was quite patient and searching for various things I could do at home. It's been a year of trying various shoes, but I felt that I still didn't have enough challenges in how to dress, so I'm thinking of trying out content such as comparing the coordination of sneakers and bottoms.

In 2021, we will continue to disseminate information with that skill!

まだまだ寒い日が続きますが世間ではS/Sも立ち上がりつつあり気持ちは春物に移ってきてますよね。早く気兼ねなく出かけたい。。。

そんな中、今回はウール物の写真続きますがお付き合い下さい！

15年以上前に購入したちょっとマイナーなワークブランドのRoomy Richardの50'sのCPOシャツが今回のお題。

Roomy Richradは古着だとネルシャツとかCPOシャツでたまに見かけるアメリカのワークブランドです。当時、何も知らずに雰囲気が気に入って購入しまして、後日Vintageである事を知った初めてのVintageとの出会いとなった個人的に思い入れのある服です。

CPOシャツとは

Chief Petty Officer shirts アメリカ海軍下士官が着ていた軍物が由来となっていて今では結構誰でもCPOシャツで通じるけど、服好きの間くらいにしか通じない言葉だったような気がします。個人的に昔から好きなアイテムです。

シャツとは言うものの、ジャケットとしても使えるのでAW〜3月くらいまでは使えると思います。今回合わせた生地がデニムなので、全ウールと比べると春先にも合わせやすいデザインになってます。

ちょっと今回のリメイクにも触れましたが、今回はデニム生地を使って身幅のサイズアップをしました。大分着倒して味の出てるメルトン生地とデニムのミックスを着たくて作ってみました。ポイントとしてVintageのディティールを残したくて裾のマチを残せるように背面に生地をプラス。そうした分襟の生地が足りなくなったのでノーカラーに変更。

ここでどうせ襟を追加するならとチンストラップ仕様に変更し、襟裏にはオールドGAPのチェック柄を当てました。全体的に男臭いワークテイストを残しサイズを今のシルエットに変更したことのミックス感が魅力です。

せっかく再開したスナップを撮りに行くのを我慢した年明け、そろそろ新しいインスピレーションを注入しに行きたいんですが、もう少しだけ我慢して家で出来ることを色々と模索している中で、昨年は結構色んな靴に挑戦した一年だったんですが、着こなしについてまだまだ挑戦が足りないなと感じまして、スニーカーとボトムスのコーデ比較なんてコンテンツにも挑戦しsてみようかなと考えています。

1971/9/30 Woody Allen is on the cover of ROLLING STONE with the date at that time. My favorite movie director. Saddle shoes, a checkered tailored jacket, and a little paisley in the inn.

Annie Hall was released in 1977, so it's a photo six years ago.

Was Woody Allen like this when the world was hippie and enthusiastic about the Rolling Stones, The Beatles and Jimi Hendrix? It must have been thought to be a stranger from that time.

I have only seen about 5 of many Woody Allen movies…

Among them, my favorite movies are Annie Hall, Manhattan, Sweet and Lowdown, Midnight in Paris. I want to keep all of them on DVD.

It's fashion, but there is also a laughable atmosphere in serious scenes. The main character in which he appears is a pitiful appearance, but for some reason he is popular. My hero isn't always perfect, it's kind of cool, it's a little cool, and it's the best that it's a little deep.

1971/9/30当時の日付が入るROLLING STONEの表紙に写っているのはウッディ・アレン。大好きな映画監督だ。サドルシューズ、チェックのテーラードジャケット、インにちょっと見えているペイズリーという出立ち。

アニー・ホールが1977年公開だったのでその6年前の写真。

世の中がヒッピーでローリングストーンズ、ビートルズ、ジミ・ヘンドリックスに熱をあげている頃ウッディ・アレンはこんな感じだったのか。きっと当時から変わり者って思われていたに違いない。

沢山あるウッディ・アレンの映画もまだ5個くらいしか見れていない。。

その中でも好きな映画はアニー・ホール、マンハッタン、ギター弾きの恋、ミッドナイト・イン・パリ。どれもDVDで手元に置いておきたい。

ファッションもだけど、シリアスな場面もなんだか笑えるような雰囲気がある。本人が出演する主人公は情けない風貌なのになぜかモテる。俺のヒーローはいつも完璧じゃなくてどっかカッコ悪いというかちょっとだけカッコ良くてそのちょっとだけが深いところが最高。

またどこかのイベントでお会いしたら他にも買いたい。昔の映画や音楽が好きな方にプレゼントもありですね。古着と同じ唯一無二でお金を払っても２度と買えない物もあるのが古物の魅力。
